RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Article 1 – General Provisions
1.1. Ethera is a brand that produces all its jewelry meticulously and with handcraftsmanship. All of our products are delivered to our customers after passing quality control processes.
1.2. The products sold by the SELLER are jewelry, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to the fact that their return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene and/or because they are goods prepared in line with the BUYER’s requests or personal needs. However, prioritizing customer satisfaction, an exchange right is granted for all stock products for 30 days from the date of delivery.
1.3. In order for all exchange requests to be evaluated, it is mandatory that the product is unused, in resalable condition, and returned with its original box, certificate, and all accessories.
1.4. The right of exchange is only valid if the product is unused, undamaged, and retains its original characteristics. Products with any deformation, scratches, impacts, or signs of use will not be evaluated within the scope of exchange.
Article 2 – Exchange Conditions and Process
2.1. The customer may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2.2. Exchange requests must be made in writing to contact@etherajewelry.com. Products sent without approval will not be accepted.
2.3. During the exchange process, the product must be sent completely with its original invoice or e-archive invoice, certificate, all accessories, and box.
Article 3 – Exchange Conditions
3.1. The right of exchange is valid only for stock products.
3.2. Exchange is only possible for stock products. Custom-made designs, resized items, or products that have been modified are not eligible for exchange.
3.3. When the customer requests an exchange, the product may be replaced with another product available in stock. If there is a price difference, the difference is either paid by the customer or refunded.
3.4. The product sent for exchange is examined in detail at the Ethera workshop and approved accordingly. No exchange is made for damaged or used products, and such products are returned to the customer’s address.
Article 4 – Non-Exchangeable Products

Products specially produced or designed for the customer

Products that have been resized (e.g., ring resizing)

Products with engraving, additional stones, or design modifications

Earrings and piercing products due to hygiene reasons

Products determined to have been used or damaged

Products missing certificates, original box, or accessories
are not covered by exchange.
Article 5 – Exchange Process
5.1. After the exchange request is approved, the product is inspected by Ethera and the new product is sent as soon as possible.
5.2. Any price differences arising during the exchange process are collected or refunded with the customer’s approval.
5.3. If the product is not suitable for exchange, the customer is informed and the product is returned in the same condition.
Article 6 – Product Inspection and Responsibility
6.1. The customer is responsible for checking the cargo package upon delivery and, in case of any damage, requesting a report from the cargo officer.
6.2. Damages, impact marks, or deformations occurring after delivery are outside the scope of exchange.
